Welcome to Unresolved, Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unresolved, Inc. mobile game (the "Game"), provided by CODE lunatics ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Game for any other purpose.

2. User Conduct and Rules

You agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the Game or any of its content, except as expressly permitted.
Engage in any activity that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive, particularly in any competitive or community features.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, servers, or networks connected to the Game.

3. In-App Purchases & Content

The Game is free to download and includes free content. Additional content, such as new case files or access to competitive modes ("Premium Content"), may be available for purchase through the App Store or Google Play ("In-App Purchases").
Final Sales: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform provider (Apple or Google).
Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing for Premium Content at any time, without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all original characters, stories, artwork, text, music, and other content, are the exclusive property of CODE lunatics. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Unresolved, Inc." name and logo are trademarks of CODE lunatics.

5. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

The Game utilizes certain third-party content, including images under licenses such as Creative Commons or Public Domain. We have made efforts to comply with all license requirements. A full list of image credits and licenses is available within the Game's "About & Credits" section.
Any references to real-world public figures, brands, or trademarks are used for parody, commentary, or storytelling purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the respective rights holders. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODE lunatics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.

8. Termination and Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game, or any part of its service, at any time without notice or liability to you. In the event of such discontinuation, you will not be entitled to any refunds for In-App Purchases made, except as required by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the District Court of North Karelia (Pohjois-Karjalan käräjäoikeus), Finland, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the Game or on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
